Bookings and scheduling
We use Acuity Scheduling to manage appointments, discovery calls and bookings.
When you make a booking, information you provide through the booking process may be collected and processed through Acuity Scheduling. This may include your name, contact details, appointment information and information you choose to provide through booking or intake forms.
Google Workspace
We use Google Workspace for aspects of our business administration and communication, which may include email, documents, calendars and electronic storage.
Personal information you provide to us may therefore be stored or processed using Google Workspace where reasonably necessary for us to communicate with you, administer our services or maintain appropriate business records.
Instagram and social media
Her Potential and/or Soul Connections Therapy may maintain social media accounts, including on Instagram.

6. Her Potential and Coaching Information
Her Potential is a one-to-one coaching service offered by Soul Connections Therapy Pty Ltd.
During Her Potential, you may choose to share personal information about your everyday life, routines, sensory experiences, environment, responsibilities, relationships, wellbeing, goals, aspirations and other experiences relevant to your coaching journey.
We may also collect information through exercises, questionnaires, reflections and sensory profiling undertaken as part of the program.
Information collected through Her Potential will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
While the professional background of the service provider may inform the perspective brought to Her Potential, Her Potential is offered as a coaching service and is not intended to replace medical, psychological or other healthcare or therapeutic services where these are required.
7. Communications Between Sessions
Where communication or check-in support is offered between sessions, you may choose to provide personal information through those communications.
We ask that you consider the nature and sensitivity of information before sending it through electronic messaging or social media platforms.
Where possible, appropriate business communication channels should be used for information relating to your services.
Social media direct messaging should not be used for urgent, emergency or highly sensitive information.
8. Payments
Where you purchase or book a paid service, payment information may be processed by the payment provider made available through our website, booking platform or invoicing system.
We do not intentionally collect or store complete payment card details where those details are processed directly by a third-party payment provider.
Payment providers handle information in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.
